Accountability: More than anything, online coaching is about accountability, helping you stay on track, stay focused, ensure you remain consistent and maintain momentum.
Motivational support: Motivation is the by-product of taking action. We will put personalised strategies in-place to ensure your expectations are realistic, with plenty of focus on non-scale weight progress and wins.
The right exercise plan: Meeting you where you are currently. Understanding that it's not about lots of cardio or jumping around your living room and crawling out a sweaty mess. But following a plan inline with your goals, doing it properly and making it measurable and enjoyable.
Fat loss doesn’t have to be miserable and I believe diet and exercise when done right should add to your life not take away from it. Giving you more capacity to ultimately enjoy your life more and show up at your best.
Most people forget that our weight is an outcome, the end result of our habits and behaviour (the actual problem). My main coaching focus is helping my clients identify these, step by step starting to change them and the by-product of this process means you will not only lose weight, but it remains lost!
