Workout - Bodyweight - Legs Glutes & Abs
Squat Tri Set - Wall sit, squat and squat pulses. Using holds and pulses to increase muscle fatigue.
Single Leg RDL - Swap a double limb movement to a single to make it twice as hard.
Side Lying Hip Abduction - Replacing a standard kneeling lateral leg raise (fire hydrant) with a better variation.
Ab Finisher - Adding supersets (back to back exercises) with no rest. Hitting all the abs in one circuit.
Workout - Dumbbells & Bodyweight - Legs Pull & Abs
DB Squat - With x3 pulses and 3 second hold
Dumbbell Row Superset - Single alternating row. Immediately followed by a double row with x3 pulses
Wall Single Leg RDL - Using the wall for addition support / balance
DB Curl - 3 reps followed by 3 pulses
Alternating DB Crunch - Ab circuit targeting upper, lower abs and obliques
Workout - Dumbbells & Bodyweight - Legs Push & Core
Full Range Split Squat - Slow controlled motion.
Seated Alternating Shoulder Press - This variation requires a lot more core activation.
Single Leg Bridge with Pulses - Bridge immediately followed with pulses.
Press Up Drop Set - Full press up, immediately followed with kneeling press up.
Tricep Dips Super Set (use a sofa or chair) - Straight legs immediately followed with bent knees.
Alternating Front and Side Planks - A continuous flow of side and front planks.
