It seems so simple, right?

Exercise three times a week

Hit 10,000 steps per day

Lift weights

Consume 100 grams of protein 

Sleep for eight hours a night

Easy.

Unfortunately, it’s not.

You already know the basics - You’re not stupid.

The real problem is a lack of accountability, adherence, consistency, and psychological issues surrounding the basics.

Especially when life gets busy.
