Q: Is this too advanced for me? Or too simple for me?
A: The program is designed for you, so it will be exactly what you need based on your experience level.
Q: Do I have to use a gym to do this?
A: No...loads of my clients get fantastic results training at home. I’ll base your program around whatever equipment you have available. And even if you're just starting out with bodyweight, I have programs for that too.
Q: How much of my time will this take up?
A: My philosophy is about helping you achieve more with less - quality over quantity.
Everything is personalised so for example, commitment to a training program could be as little as x2 or x3 20-minute workouts per week if you are pushed for free time.
If you're just starting out, then I'm not going to lie - any change requires effort. But getting help will save you time and energy in the long-run, by avoiding mistakes you would make without someone who's been there.
You either pay for the progress in money or time.
Q: Will I be locked into this forever?
A: Of course not!
This is a 6-week program to help accelerate you towards a result – no life time commitment or signatures in blood required. There is an option to stay on in my Evolve program afterwards, which is monthly rolling.
Q: Can I have a social life with this program?
A: Absolutely! This will fit into your life - not the other way round. We can and will adapt your program on a weekly basis if necessary. Some weeks we will be pushing for fat loss, other weeks due to social commitments and other life events we may need to accept that it will be a maintenance week and set you up accordingly that way you won’t be disappointed or feel like you’re going backwards.
Q: Is this just a meal plan?
A: No, meal plans are totally at odds with my approach. Meal plans create a dependency on the person giving you the meal plan, I coach people, not give them foods they're allowed, or worse NOT allowed, to eat. I teach people HOW to eat, because knowledge last longer than a 7-day meal plan.
Q: Is this just a Facebook group?
A: No this isn't some Facebook group you'll join and never look at like the 300+ other Facebook groups you're in, you will work directly and privately with me inside my own software. I’ll be at your fingertips Monday to Friday and you’ll have access to everything the Accelerator Program has to offer for the full 6 weeks.
